How long will it take for my item(s) to be shipped?

Shipping time for in-stock items are 1 to 3 business days. For custom orders, please allow 2 to 4 weeks. Thank you for your understanding and patient.

Why are your products so expensive?

Please understand that all items on our site is handmade. Handmade items require time and dedication. The simplest item can take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours to make. The more complicated and detailed item could take up to 20 to 25 solid hours to make.

For example:

Lovey: 5 hours labor at $5/hour = $25 plus materials

GF - Cinderella: 15 hours labor at $5/hour = $75 plus materials

Granny square bag: 12 hours labor at $5/hour = $60 plus materials

Why don't you except returns?

As of this point, we are unable to except returns due to the fact that any item(s) returned will not be resale-able due to safety and sanitation reasons. however, you can cancel your order up to 3 days after placing. 

We will except selected returns up to 15 days of arriving in original condition and packaging. Please email us at vanscorners@gmail.com
